Responsibilities:
· Represents Creative Studio Berlin and act as the main point of contact for our various clients and partners.
· Is responsible to partner with the CSB team to develop, review and manage scopes, contract documents, cost estimates, schedules, strategies and work plans to align with achieving the creative intent for each project.
· Answers RFPs, calculates project budgets, writes project scopes and proposals.
· Assures guest-experience and creative design intent are properly designed, developed, articulated and documented.
· Manages and interfaces with appropriate internal and external resources throughout every phase of design, production and installation to ensure the creative intent (artwork, models, design packages, treatments, etc.) is properly delivered.
· Develops and manages work plans, estimates, schedules and tasks for all creative design and art direction activities in support of the overall project goals and strategies.
· Negotiates and procures outside resources and product as necessary.
· Manages, interprets, communicates and presents project concept and design intent development to a variety of internal and external partners throughout the Project process.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German and English
· Independent and proactive approach with a hands-on mentality
· Significant understanding of how to achieve a memorable guest experience
· Well-developed design, production and management portfolio
· Knowledge of design management, work planning, budgeting, scheduling, bid package preparation and a variety of vendors
· Knowledge of location-based experience technologies including ride, A/V, engineering, and various show systems
· Knowledge of location-based experience related architectural, project management, organizational, and production/construction practices
· Demonstrates ability to lead creative and technical teams on projects, instill a spirit of teamwork and promote staff development
· Required: 5-7 years of experiences in theme park, attraction, experiences, theatrical or other related design/productions
· Required: Successfully completed projects as Show Producer from blue-sky to developed design, then through installation and opening
· University degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Stage Management, Theatrical Arts or related field is preferred, but not required.

Additional Information:
International Travel is required depending upon Project needs. Role requires a high degree of collaboration and teamwork with Internal and External Partners. Requires highly effective communication skills. Requires a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. Must be a problem solver. Should be able to thrive under pressure in a challenging work environment.
