ZIERER is looking for a Sales Manager / Representative (m/f/d) to drive business growth across North America and Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the amusement industry's leading ride manufacturers, representing a portfolio of family attractions, roller coasters and innovative ride solutions while developing relationships with parks, attractions and leisure operators throughout the region.

About the role

As part of ZIERER's international sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new customers and projects, and supporting existing clients across North America and Canada. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding ZIERER's presence in the region while maintaining the high level of customer service the company is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and develop new sales opportunities throughout North America and Canada.
• Manage sales projects from initial enquiry through to contract.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with amusement parks, attractions and industry partners.
• Promote ZIERER's portfolio of family rides and roller coasters.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and customer meetings.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support to existing customers within the assigned territory.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a native English speaker (preferred).
• Have experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Enjoy building long-term customer relationships.
• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Be self-motivated and comfortable working independently across a large territory.
• Have a passion for the amusement and attractions industry.
• Be willing to travel throughout North America and Canada as required.
