Art Director

About the Role

As the Art Director, you’ll lead a team of designers, painters, sculptors, and craftspeople to bring immersive worlds to life – from theme parks and waterparks to cultural destinations and themed environments.

You’ll oversee concept through to completion, ensuring artistic integrity, creative innovation, and practical execution are all aligned. Based at our fabrication facility, you'll be hands-on with the build process and have the tools, talent, and support to make magic real.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in art direction or senior creative roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating immersive environments or large-scale artistic projects
• Leadership skills to inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team
• Understanding of materials, scenic fabrication techniques, and production processes
• Passion for storytelling, culture, and creativity
