Senior Business Development Manager

Viewpoint Videos is looking for a highly experienced B2B sales professional to help accelerate the international growth of our proven souvenir video solution for adventure and attractions operators.

As we move into our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a senior commercial operator who can open new markets, build relationships with decision-makers, shape opportunities, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
About the Role
This is a senior business development role focused on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across international markets. You’ll take ownership of a defined territory or market segment, using your commercial judgement, sector knowledge, and relationship-building skills to create meaningful growth.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to engage owners, operators, commercial leaders, and senior decision-makers, and lead prospects through a professional, value-led sales process.
You’ll be representing a category-leading solution with strong global potential, helping attractions and adventure businesses create memorable guest experiences while unlocking an additional revenue stream.
What You'll Do
Market Development and Territory Ownership
- Own and develop a defined territory or market segment, identifying priority prospects, strategic accounts, and high-value opportunities.
- Use your network, commercial judgement, and structured prospecting activity to open doors with senior decision-makers across the attractions, adventure, leisure, and experience sectors.
- Represent Viewpoint Videos at industry events, trade shows, client meetings, and site visits, positioning our solution with confidence and credibility.
Sales and Commercial Conversion
- Lead sales conversations from initial engagement through to demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage momentum through a structured, professional sales process.
- Deliver compelling virtual and in-person demonstrations that clearly communicate the customer experience, operational benefits, and commercial value of our solution.
- Work closely with colleagues in the UK hub to support smooth handover, installation, onboarding, and early client success.
- Provide market insight, customer feedback, and commercial recommendations to help shape our growth strategy in new and existing markets.
About You
Essential
- Significant experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial growth, ideally in a full-cycle sales role.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and converting complex opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
- Confidence engaging senior decision-makers, leading commercial conversations, and building trust with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience managing a territory, market, sector, or strategic account base with autonomy and accountability.
- A consultative, commercially astute sales style, with the ability to identify customer needs, articulate value, and influence buying decisions.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage pipeline, forecasting, activity, and reporting.
- Flexibility to travel internationally and work across time zones when required.
Desirable
- Existing contacts or a strong understanding of the attractions, adventure, leisure, hospitality, or visitor experience sectors.
- Experience selling technology, media, guest experience, operational, or revenue-generating solutions.
- International sales experience or a track record of opening new geographic markets.
- Experience attending, exhibiting at, and selling through trade shows and industry events.
