Hands-on technical Project Manager

Function
In this role, you will be at the crossroads of creativity, engineering, and field execution.
You will:
- Implement and monitor our projects both at the technical level and at the communication level with suppliers and customers and internally
- Responsible of the supervision of on-site installation : Up to ~6 missions per year, max 2.5 weeks each
- Technical design of the attraction according to internal standards (Vectorworks / Autocad / Visio / Excel / FTZ Schemelec)
- Maintain clear and complete design documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure proper design implementation in production
- Prepare hardware lists and order equipment
- Adjust and document internal design standards (wiki)
- Assist in the workshop assembly work when needed (electrical assemblies, computer racks, testing…)
Profile
- Autonomous, proactive, organized, curious, eager to learn, resourceful — hands‑on problem solver
- Requires the ability to analyze, adapt and have leadership skills to command to local technicians
- Interest and/or knowledge in A/V technologies
- Engineering background required. The function requires the understanding of construction layout, electrical diagrams, IT. The PM must also be capable of troubleshooting the system or at least identifying the potential issues and take urgent action to correct the issue, if possible, when corporate office is not available for support.
- Good knowledge of Office Suite; Vectorworks or Autocad are a plus
- Fluent in French and English
- Dealdine and quality compliance is essential
- Strong team spirit and communication and must match with Alterface’s DNA
