Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly motivated Head of Sales to own the sales cycle and drive new SaaS sales to organisations within the leisure and visitor attractions sector.
Reporting to the Sales Director and as part of the Senior Leadership Team, this role is instrumental in defining the sales focus and targets, building a repeatable and scalable pipeline across channels, and generating new sales of recurring subscriptions. This is not just another sales job. It’s an opportunity to join a growing team with a clear path to expanded leadership scope.
What you’ll be doing
- Design and execute sales strategy for key sub-sectors (e.g. zoos, indoor play, golf…), with focused campaigns and close tracking of competitors, RFPs, and potential system displacement
- Build and maintain a high quality, repeatable sales pipeline aligned with sales targets and priorities
- Manage across multiple channels (outreach, social selling, networking, inbound leads) and qualify opportunities efficiently
- Own the end-to-end sales process: prospecting → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → close
- Run structured discovery to uncover operational, commercial, and technical pain points
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s requirements
- Build clear ROI cases around revenue growth, cost savings, and operational efficiency
- Lead commercial negotiation, and close recurring subscription agreements aligned to pricing and margin strategy
- Ensure CRM data integrity & discipline for accurate forecasting and track key metrics like funnel conversion rates
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales’ experience, with at least 2 years in a “lead” capacity
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding a personal quota of 300k ARR from new customers
- Experience selling into mid-market organisations
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Strong communication skills, and ability to simplify pain points and software requirements into clear solution for customers
- Flexibility to travel in the UK for client meeting and industry events
Nice to have
- Experience selling ticketing, EPOS, booking, or visitor management systems
- Experience within the leisure, hospitality, or visitor attractions sector
- Demonstrable success in competitive system-replacement sales
- Existing professional network within the UK leisure industry
