The company

Blooloop Limited runs a B2B website together with various conferences and events around the world. It operates in the visitor attractions sector (museums, zoos, theme parks etc.) and is the clear market leader. We work with world- leading brands, attractions and leading cultural institutions, from Aardman and Panasonic to Universal Studios, Disney and The British Museum.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Business Development Director, the purpose of this role is to ensure that our clients’ experience with us is as smooth and positive as possible. Tasks may include liaising with our client companies, sales admin, reporting, social media, content creation, lead sourcing, visiting trade shows and supporting the company’s events and awards. The successful applicant has a huge opportunity to develop and grow their own skillset in an exciting role in a rapidly developing fun global industry.

This role offers the chance to develop a variety of key skills and work with a tightly knit, friendly, supportive, and highly motivated team. It is ideally suited for a recent graduate.

The successful applicant will be UK based, have a good degree and be a self-starter able to work from home to deadlines. No previous experience needed but a keen interest in visitor attractions would be a huge advantage.

Role Detail

  • Reporting to the Business Development Director
  • Client management (including CRM and CMS updates)
  • Ad hoc admin and reporting to support the Business Development Team
  • Writing reports and news
  • Social media
  • Event support
  • Lead sourcing
  • Working from home
  • Travel as required

Hard

  • Excel and Word
  • Good writing ability and numeracy
  • Wordpress CMS (desirable)
  • Insightly or similar CRM (desirable)

Soft

  • Good organizational skills

  • Ability to take constructive criticism and direction
  • Willingness to learn new skills

  • Self starter – comfortable to work from home
  • Open to travel

Terms

  • Full time - 37 hours a week. Reasonable flexibility expected.
  • Competitive salary depending on experience plus annual bonus and pension
  • 5 weeks holiday (fte) but some of this to be taken when we shut between Christmas and New Year (max 5 days)
  • UK based
